THE ELGRACE STORY
Prior to 2014, Elgrace was a Sydney based professional services company where I, Melissa Malcolm (then Melissa Ellks), contracted to the client to design and build eLearning. With my steady client base of repeat customers and positive reviews, I thought I had the perfect solution for my clients…but I was wrong.
With all my years in the Education industry, instructional design has always been second nature to me.
But like many IDs operating in Australia, I was also responsible for the build. So naturally, I created designs that fell within my build capabilities, which typically utilised generic licenced images and graphics.
THEN, IN 2014, EVERYTHING CHANGED! In that year, I joined an eLearning company and saw what I had been missing out on.
By using a team of technical experts, I could design eLearnings that capitalised on the latest innovation and technologies.
I could have custom illustrations that told a better story.
I could have beautiful interfaces that set themselves apart from eLearnings of the past.
I could design modules that so often exceeded the client’s expectations. As a matter of fact, working with a team of experts resulted in several of my projects winning Platinum Awards at LearnX.
SO WHAT NOW?
I am so pleased to say that Elgrace now specialises in custom eLearning content and blended solutions. Still working with a team of experts and using the latest innovation and technologies, we are an eLearning provider who design solutions that get results.
